Zebedee Springs

El Questro Wilderness Park hosts some of the most beautiful hikes and tours in Australia. Starting from the Gorge you can do full or half day tours that take you through the forests where you can view scenic waterfalls, lush vegetation, red cliffs, and the popular Zebedee Hot Springs.

It’s only a short walk through the forest until you come across Zebedee Springs. There are several natural thermal pools to relax in or head on over to the waterfall for that ultimate experience. This is only one in a thousand things you can do within El Questro Wilderness Park, but it’s one that we highly recommend you experience.

The hot springs and thermal pools are spread all over the place and each one comes with their own spectacular views. There is an abundance of wildlife for you to enjoy as you relax and unwind beneath the forest. Once you are done getting your soak on, you can head out from Zebedee hot springs and go on several hikes in this million acre wilderness.

If you plan on staying the night, there is some camping and lodging near Emma Gorge, which features luxury accommodations and amenities. If it’s more of a day spa, make sure you try and hit as many attractions as you can such as:

El Questro Gorge – Includes a nice swimming section and watering hole to enjoy.

Champagne Springs – For the more advanced adventurer that ends up at more springs and a beautiful waterfall.

Moonshine Gorge – This is a circular trail with scenic views of Australia and several pools to enjoy.

Chamberlain Gorge – If you’d like to hit the open water, book the boat tour and cruise down the river.

Many tourists also like to come to El Questro Wilderness Park for it’s backpacking, fishing, and camping. There are some amazing resorts located here to here you can get a great meal at their restaurants and sleep the night away on luxury sheets.
