The facility has always stood behind it’s mission of being a park within a park. Although the overall purpose is to provide a day of aquatic fun for both kids and adults, behind the scenes the rides and attractions were made to bring families and the community together. This is why you’ll see many of the areas and pools made designed to accommodate large groups of people. Over the years they have upgraded several rides and added a new main attractions known as the Green Extreme. To this day it’s still the largest uphill water roller coaster in the U.S.
