Neversink Falls is a stunning waterfall located in the Bankhead National Forest of Alabama. It is one of the most popular waterfalls in the state due to its impressive height and beauty.

Details about Neversink Falls
The falls plunge down over 100 feet into a deep pool surrounded by lush vegetation and rock formations. The Neversink trail, which leads visitors to the base of the falls, begins at an old-growth forest with towering trees and wildflowers blooming along its path. From here, hikers can take a short detour off of the main trail that will lead them to two smaller cascades before arriving at Neversink’s main attraction: its majestic waterfall.
After admiring this natural wonder from below, visitors can climb up beside it for some spectacular views up top as well! Due to its remote location within Bankhead National Forest (which requires four-wheel drive access) Neversink Falls remains relatively uncrowded even during peak season – making it an ideal spot for those looking for a secluded getaway or just wanting to escape from their busy lives for awhile.
And although swimming isn’t allowed due to hazardous conditions around these powerful waters, simply standing beneath them or taking pictures from above will still provide an unforgettable experience!
